Sporting Rock is an ambitious IT startup based in Hamburg that organizes sports through digital platforms. As Customer Success Manager you are the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our digital platforms.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage relationships with key customers — ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Onboard new clients — guiding them through implementation, adoption and best practices with hands-on support.
- Understand customer goals and proactively help them succeed with our solutions.
- Monitor product usage, satisfaction and engagement to spot risks and opportunities early.
- Collect customer feedback and turn it into concrete recommendations for Product, Engineering and Operations.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Sales to make sure we address customer needs.
- Drive the internal development of Customer Success by improving processes.
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer-facing role (ideally SaaS or IT).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on customer value and outcomes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Tech and Business teams.
- Organized, proactive and able to manage several customers in parallel.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
