Product Concept Designer

(Full-Time, On-Site in Hamburg)

As a Product Concept Designer, you’ll transform complex sports clients’ requirements into clear, user-centered product concepts. You’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI Design, Product Management, and Engineering — shaping new digital products and features from the first sketch to implementation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

Develop and refine product concepts, user flows, and feature ideas for our digital sports platforms
Create conceptual storytelling materials, clickable prototypes, and concept slides
Translate complex requirements into clear product briefs and wireframes
Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to validate and iterate ideas
Research user needs, market trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities
Communicate product vision and ensure a consistent user experience across touch points
Take ownership of your product area — from concept to launch and beyond
Contribute to product strategy, positioning, and roadmap development

WHAT YOU BRING?

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Design, Computer Science, or similar)
3–5 years of professional experience in product conception, UX strategy, or product management
Ideally, experience in larger organizations — and now ready to own a product in a fast-moving startup
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and/or German
A proactive, structured, and results-driven approach — you take initiative and follow through
