Product Manager

As our Product Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of one of our core digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that users love — while aligning business needs with technical realities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

Define and own the holistic product strategy for our core digital sport platform
Balance the strategic initiatives of our core product roadmap with the delivery of custom-tailored solutions for strategic clients
Define the product vision, strategy, and KPIs in close collaboration with leadership
Prioritize and maintain the product roadmap based on value, effort, and impact
Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features
Collect and interpret user feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform decisions
Lead sprint planning, product reviews, and ongoing backlog refinement
Ensure clear and regular communication across teams in both German and English
Advocate for the user and help shape a seamless, intuitive product experience
Drive continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning within your product team

WHAT YOU BRING?

Completed Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in product management within a digital or tech environment
Strong understanding of agile product development processes and tools
Proven ability to align stakeholders and prioritize initiatives effectively
Data-driven mindset with a focus on solving real user problems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, business)

Bonus Points:

Experience with building products from conception to launch
Interest in or knowledge of sports tech
