Sales Manager

(Full-Time, On-Site in Hamburg)

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our business forward. You’ll actively engage with potential clients, present our solutions, and help expand Sporting Rock’s footprint in the sports tech world. From identifying new business opportunities to closing deals, you’ll be a key part of our growth journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

  • Identify and acquire new customers — from first contact to closing the deal
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Conduct compelling product presentations, demos, and webinars tailored to different audiences
  • Analyze the market and uncover new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align sales messaging and campaigns
  • Represent Sporting Rock at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our sales strategy
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities
  • Contribute to the evolution of our go-to-market and pricing strategies
  • Create and maintain persuasive sales documents and materials

WHAT YOU BRING?

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Sports Management, or related fields
  • A proven track record in sales, ideally within the SaaS industry,
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, structured, and results-driven approach — you take initiative and follow through
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player mindset — you collaborate well with marketing, product, and leadership
  • Fluency in both German and English
